Results The project aims to improve the competencies of educators and other adult education staff by supporting them in acquiring essential digital skills and key competencies related to adult education. This will enhance their professionalization through the use of digital technology. Additionally, the project addresses the digital transformation by focusing on the development of digital readiness, resilience, and capacity. This will facilitate the digital transformation of AEOs by incorporating digital technologies, thus creating a high-performing digital ecosystem. Furthermore, the project seeks to increase digital inclusion among adults, ensuring that they have broader access to digital tools and educational opportunities.

Project Summary

Activities:

  • Preparation of a “Digital Involvement & Skills Development” map, including competencies and methodology tailored to educators’ digital needs, along with a collection of digital tools for adult education that align with adults’ educational requirements.
  • Development of an E-learning App focused on digital needs.
  • Preparation of DigIN MULTI-PACK SLE: Educational and guidance materials designed to help adults become digitally competent citizens.
  • A virtual LTTA for educators and other adult education staff to assess their digital skills.
